Our apartments are spacious and bright, whether as one-room or two-room apartments (35sqm to 55sqm). All are equipped with lovely extras and bright, friendly colors.
Facilities: Cozy living area, separate bedroom, pull-out sofa bed (1.40m), kitchenette, balcony - some with a wonderful view of Luxembourg and vineyards - shower / WC / hairdryer / satellite TV / W-LAN. Parking spaces and our bicycle shed are at your disposal free of charge.
Our apartments are located in Guest House II (has an elevator) and can be booked until June 2026.
Our new suites and apartments in our new "Sekthaus" building will be available from July 2026!

You will find our large parking lot above our guest house II (Gartenweg 20, 54453 Nittel).
We recommend that you leave your suitcases in the car when you check in, as our rooms and apartments are divided into three different houses.

Spacious and light-flooded family apartments with two double beds and kitchenette. One double bed is in a separate bedroom and the other double bed is partially separated in the living area. Perfect for families with children, groups of friends or if one person snores and both want a good night's sleep. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, seating area, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.

Families with children
For families with children, we can offer two comfort double rooms with an additional sofa bed and two deluxe double rooms with a small separate children's room with bunk beds. Otherwise, we recommend our apartments and suites for families. Apartments II, III, IV and V each have a separate master bedroom and either an extra bed in the living/dining area or a sofa bed (1.20 - 1.40 m wide) for the children. We can provide baby cribs in every double room or in the apartments and suites.
Two family apartments with separate bedrooms for families with children are expected to be available from July 2026!
Children up to 4 years stay free!
Extra bed/sofa bed for children from 5-15 years will be charged with 30,00 € per night and child plus 8,50 € for breakfast.
From the age of 16 we charge € 40.00 per person and night plus € 12.50 for breakfast.
On our large terrace you will also find a nice children's playground.
Dogs
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is unpleasant for us and for you. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you do not show up for your booked stay or cancel early, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. In the event of premature departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration), the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 14 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 13 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price
- from 7 to 3 days before the day of arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price
- less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
For groups of five rooms or more, 70% of the booked rooms must be canceled:
- up to 56 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- from 55 to 42 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
- from 41 to 21 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
- less than 20 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price
In the event of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining agreed but unused services.
The room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
