Cosiness and conviviality combined with modernity and comfort characterise the style of our rooms. Arrive and feel at home. Facilities: Shower/WC/hairdryer/satellite TV and WiFi. All rooms are non-smoking, some with balcony. Our parking spaces and bicycle shed are available to you free of charge. Our rooms and apartments are distributed across three different houses: the comfort double rooms are in the main house and Guesthouse I, and the standard double rooms and apartments are in Guesthouse II. Our guest rooms are almost all newly renovated. What you see on the photos is only a small selection. We ask for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you as our guest!
Stay in our guest rooms and apartments
On weekends, we have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
You can find out parking space above our guesthouse II (Gartenweg 20, 54453 Nittel). We adivse you to leave your luggage in your car for check-in, as our rooms and apartments are located at three different buildings.

DOUBLE ROOM (COMFORT)
For 2 persons per night:
During the week starting from € 115,-
On weekends and holidays starting from € 150,-
Regional breakfast buffet included.
DOUBLE ROOM (STANDARD)
For 2 persons per night:
During the week starting from € 105,-
On weekends and holidays starting from € 125,-
Regional breakfast buffet included.
DOUBLE ROOM WITH SINGLE OCCUPANCY
For one person per night:
During the week starting from € 80,-
On weekends and holidays starting from € 110,-
Regional breakfast buffet included.
Holiday weekends 2025 (complete price for 3 nights):
Easter or Pentecost (Friday – Monday)
Ascension Day or Corpus Christi (Thursday – Sunday)
Comfort Double Room including breakfast € 510,-
Standard Double Room including breakfast € 420,-
Double room with single occupancy including breakfast € 375,-
On holiday weekends, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
Cancellation policy
In case you test positive for Covid 14 days prior to you stay please get in touch with us. If you can provide us with an official positive test certificate, no cancellation fees will apply.
Should you not take up your booked stay or break off prematurely, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. Cancellation policy according to Article 1382 of the Civil Code (ZGB). In case of early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written statement) the following cancellation fees shall apply:
- up to 14 days before arrival date: no cancellation fees
- from 13 to 8 days before arrival date: 40% of the agreed price
- from 7 to 3 days before arrival date: 60% of the agreed price
- less than 3 days before arrival date: 90% of the agreed price
For groups of five rooms or more with complete cancellation of all rooms:
- up to 56 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 55 to 42 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
- from 41 to 21 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
- less than 20 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price
In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay 70% of the agreed price for the remaining services agreed but not used.
The room is available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
