Facilities: shower/WC/hairdryer/satellite TV/WLAN, all rooms are non-smoking, some with balcony and small fridge. Parking spaces and our bicycle shed are available free of charge.
Our rooms and apartments are divided into three different houses: the classic double rooms are located in the main house, the comfort double rooms in the main house and wine press house, the standard double rooms and apartments in guest house II (only available until approx. June 2026). There is an elevator in Guest House II and in our new building, the Sekthaus.

Stay in our guest rooms and apartments
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights on public holiday weekends!
You will find our large parking lot above our guest house II (Gartenweg 20, 54453 Nittel).
We recommend that you leave your suitcases in the car when you check in, as our rooms and apartments are divided into three different houses.

DOUBLE ROOM Deluxe (champagne house)

Our deluxe double rooms will be available from July 2026. Our new, modern rooms invite you to relax with plenty of light, space and comfort. You can look forward to pleasant air conditioning, a walk-in shower, a separate WC and a balcony - ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The rooms are on the first floor or accessible via an elevator.

DOUBLE ROOM Deluxe - Family (Sekthaus)

The double rooms Deluxe - Family have a small separate children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a spacious balcony and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC. The rooms are located on the first floor.

Our modern comfort double rooms are located in the Kelterhaus on the 1st floor. The stylish furnishings and high-quality facilities with walk-in shower, small fridge and balcony ensure maximum comfort and relaxing hours.
An extra bed can be prepared on request for two comfort double rooms.

Our modern classic double rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the main building. The rooms are approximately 20 square meters in size, some with sloping ceilings, and most have a small balcony and refrigerator. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower.

Our standard double rooms are located in Guest House II and are expected to be available until the end of June 2026. The rooms are approximately 20 square meters in size, accessible by elevator, and equipped with a small refrigerator. Due to the carpeted floors, pets are not allowed.

Families with children
For families with children, we can offer two comfort double rooms with an additional sofa bed and two deluxe double rooms with a small separate children's room with bunk beds. Otherwise, we recommend our apartments and suites for families. Apartments II, III, IV and V each have a separate master bedroom and either an extra bed in the living/dining area or a sofa bed (1.20 - 1.40 m wide) for the children. We can provide baby cribs in every double room or in the apartments and suites.
Two family apartments with separate bedrooms for families with children are expected to be available from July 2026!
Children up to 4 years stay free!
Extra beds/sofa beds for children aged 5-11 are charged at €30.00 per night per child, plus €8.50 for breakfast.
From the age of 12, we charge €40.00 per person per night plus €12.50 for breakfast.
On our large terrace you will also find a nice children's playground.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is unpleasant for us and for you. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you do not show up for your booked stay or cancel early, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. In the event of premature departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration), the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 14 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 13 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price
- from 7 to 3 days before the day of arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price
- less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
For groups of five rooms or more, 70% of the booked rooms must be canceled:
- up to 56 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- from 55 to 42 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
- from 41 to 21 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
- less than 20 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price
In the event of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining agreed but unused services.
The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
