The 2025 vintage gave Ayler Kupp a particularly crisp and delicate Riesling style. The steep slate slopes retain the day’s warmth, while cool nights preserve the wine’s lively acidity. The result is a Kabinett with delicate fruit and elegant lightness.
In the glass, it is a bright golden yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers vineyard peach, green apple, and a hint of lemon. Delicate floral notes and the characteristic slate minerality lend it character and a sense of its origin.
Light-footed and playful on the palate. Its fruity sweetness is balanced by a precise acidity that lends freshness and vibrancy. Juicy, elegant, and with a long, mineral finish—a classic Saar Kabinett full of charm and drinking pleasure.
