Our cancellation conditions.

Cancellation is unpleasant for us and for you. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

If you do not show up for your booked stay or cancel early, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. In the event of premature departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration), the following cancellation fees apply:

up to 14 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
from 13 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price
from 7 to 3 days before the day of arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price
less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price

For groups of five rooms or more, 70% of the booked rooms must be canceled:

up to 56 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
from 55 to 42 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
from 41 to 21 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
less than 20 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price

In the event of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining agreed but unused services.

The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
