Description
The blue Spätburgunder GOLDSTÜCK is a top-quality Pinot Noir. It comes from one of the best locations in the southern Moselle wine region, the Nitteler Rochusfels. Old vines provide the concentration and depth needed for a great Spätburgunder without losing its elegance.
It was produced with great care and attention: spontaneously fermented and then aged in French oak barrels (Vosges). The wood is not an "aroma reminder" here, but part of the structure. It gives the wine backbone, fine spice, and length. It was bottled unfiltered, which gives it additional density and a very natural, authentic character.
The result is a red wine with plenty of excitement and substance, which loves time in the glass and reveals more and more facets with air. A wine for special evenings, good food, and anyone who takes Pinot Noir seriously.
Gold coin – Best Vintage:
Goldstück stands for "Best Vintage": only in particularly outstanding years do the grapes achieve the quality required for this line. Accordingly rare and accordingly special.
Taste & Style:
- dry, deep, elegant
- ripe fruit, delicate spice, clear structure
- barrel-aged with a long, concentrated finish
- Bottled unfiltered for greater density and character

Game, lamb, beef, braised dishes, mushrooms, duck breast, strong sauces, or mature cheese.
Serving suggestion:
It is best to open it in good time or decant it briefly and enjoy it in a large glass.
