Description
The semi-dry Red Elbling is a real specialty and today almost a rarity. Only red Elbling grapes are harvested for this wine, which is then vinified as a rosé. This is a complex process that requires experience and, above all, the willingness to take the time to do it. That is precisely why there are only a few wineries left that still produce this special Elbling variety.
In the glass, the Rote Elbling is fresh and juicy, delicately tart with a pleasant balance of subtle residual sweetness and lively freshness. Light, invigorating, and perfect for anyone who likes rosé but is looking for something a little unusual.
